Investment in a Center of Excellence
As part of this strategic initiative, Advancing Eyecare is consolidating operations into a newly expanded Center of Excellence at its Jacksonville, Florida headquarters. The Center of Excellence will serve as the company’s central hub for North America, supporting greater scale, speed, and customer responsiveness.
This important action includes the planned closure of the company’s Norfolk, Virginia facility, enabling Advancing Eyecare to operate through a single, fully integrated location designed to improve consistency, efficiency, and customer experience. The Center of Excellence will bring together:

Quinn Lyzun has been appointed President and Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing all commercial functions across Advancing Eyecare companies, including sales, service, marketing, and customer experience.
Lyzun brings extensive experience in healthcare and medical technology, with a proven track record in commercial strategy, customer engagement, and organizational growth. In this role, he will focus on driving market expansion, revenue acceleration, and enhanced customer value across all Advancing Eyecare brands. Lyzun will report to Jim McGrann, Advancing Eyecare’s Chief Executive Officer. McGrann is responsible for leading the company’s long-term vision and transformation with an expanded focus on global growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
